Optim, Thanks for the reply...I'm familiar with the concepts of momentum,learning rates, etc., but like you said, there are only so many hours in the day and I spend most of them working and don't have a whole lot of time to play with new software. I've had mediocre luck with Neurostock, which was the first commercial package I came across. Only after I'd bought it did I run across Profit and NS Trader. So, it sounds like you'd recommend NS Trader Professional. That will probably be my next experiment when I can afford it. Thanks again. Bill
