I thought I heard today that Sax priced on Monday for roll-out on Tuesday. Was that incorrect? If Monday is right they bumped it up from the 6th date that was circulating a couple of weeks ago which was itself a bump-up from the middle of May. So close...

The whole purpose of the IPO is to create
publicly-traded stock GS can use for
liquification of partners and funding
flexibility for takeovers e.g. using their
overvalued stock as currency. Why would they
do a private placement???Makes no sense
whatsoever. What lawsuits??? The issue is over
ten times subscribed. Are people suing them because
they can't get in the IPO?<g>
