I suspect that the reason might have been found in the WFR conference Call.

WFR hasn't seen much acceleration in the 300mm activity.

Much of the current upturn, IMO, is based upon 300mm speculation.

To me, it's not obvious whether WFR's comments are WFR - specific or indicative of the industry. I suspect that WFR is like CPQ. They both have their own problems which aren't typical of the industry at large.
