Slider, thanks for reporting Kudlow's comment. That is bad news, if proven to be true, a bad sell off will follow for sure. Look at those stocks' Bollinger bands, some of them are as wide as Grand Canyon. Those who jumped in yesterday will be really hurt. I saw a block trade of 414,000 shares of SLB yesterday at $65 on ASK on Yahoo, must be a fund, talk about bad timing.

BTW, I don't follow oil stocks as close as you do. What is the historical crude price? Why this guy, Gil Thurm, president of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) said $18 is less than a third of the historic high? Does that mean historical high was almost $50 a barrel?

I'd like to see how they are cheating here in Venezuela. Not much work going on to believe it. All my buddies that work in the oilpatch say it's as slow as it can go.

I did see a pump or two on the golf course working this afternoon.

I'm serious, I really find it hard to believe that Venezuela is cheating.

Time to get the barbeque and blender going.
