IMHO, T and MediaOne is a done deal. Armstrong doesn't deserve to be T's boss if he didn't calculate MSFT's role in CMCSA (and potential response) before he made the MediaOne bid. This is a very smart man with near perfect track record. MSFT is the only factor I am worry about in this deal. I would be very surprised if AOL can get anything out of this since AOL is totally outside of the cable world up to this moment; the insiders will be a big a__hole to make this pie available to AOL. MSFT to join AOL? It's a fairy tale, IMO.
