I added ELBD to the InvestRight Index a little over a week ago. $10,000,000 will go a long way to help this company. Unfortunately the private placement stockholders will be able to sell, if they want to, as soon as the shares are registered. Still reading the press release it doesn't seem like they got a tremendous discount to me: biz.yahoo.com Anyway I'm hoping to get a little more input for readers of the InvestRight Club thread from any of the posters here who are more familiar with ELBD.
