Orlando at the risk of sounding short in my answer which I am not being, I will leave the worry of these guys running their companies to them. I have faith in both T and AOL and MSFT and own all three stocks. I'm going to win regardless but to be honest with you I would much rather AOL end up with a cable piece after this all shakes out.

AOL via SUN could be a winner regardless of how the merger shapes up.

From that last release:

More important, Microsoft wants its software to run the souped-up cable boxes atop TV sets. It's worried that AT&T could choose rival software from Microsoft's archenemy, Sun Microsystems (SUNW: news, msgs). The market for the new cable boxes, "intelligent" equipment geared to act as communications control centers for consumers, is expected to be quite lucrative.
