Would have suspected the pp to be initiated a week to two weeks ago Gordon, back when Yorkton wasn't being slammed all over the place on the bii thread. Yes indeed Yorkton managed to find themselves dealing with some companies that BECAME questionable in the past, as I'm sure other big firms have. The fact remains that Yorkton was able to finance 20mil for mcf because for one they obviously see the fact that they will be able to capitalize nicely on the deal - ie. they recognize mcf's growth potential.

Why not wait until the nasdaq you ask?

It's apparent that mcf has many potential clients with which the co. has to act on now through purchasing and expansion. The possibility of a Nasdaq listing probably won't be realized until a month or two down the road. Isn't the saying three months is equal to a year for internet companies. The one or two months ahead of wait which you are suggesting, could be a loss of clientele if mcf has no financing, and thus purchasing power.
