Seems to be a reasonable concern if you assume that Global Marine will be positioned competitively, but with a possible "shortage" of bandwidth in the future, the one who has the boats, wins ! I say "shortage" because, networks have a habit of exponential growth with the amount of endpoints. Kind of like the techie rule of the disk:

Works expands to fill available space.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
bullish inverted triangle for GBLX forming
ceiling at roughly 60, touched three times
height of almost 20 points, determined by 40 reaction low
next low closed at 50 with a brief window cheaper that day
latest low in 54 area for end of this week

if 54 holds, then it looks promising for mid-70's
best call: 75-78
all moving average trendlines are growing
