This is what I found out today.

The secret behind the merchanttraders.com web site and the reason they will do great is that you order the items from the Website - Let's say a laptop computer for $1999. The same computer is sold at Circuit city for $2500 (You are already saving money). The computer will then be shipped directly from China to your FRONT DOOR. Since the computer will already be put together, you will get your items within 1 week of ordering it. Shipping charges will also be reasonable. You would end up paying other people $50.00 or more for the same item to be shipped from California. What if that's all you pay for the direct shipment? The items offered will not be closeouts and discontinued items.

You save money and they save money. Other companies pay to have the items bulk shipped to the U.S., store them in an expensive warehouse, pay employees to work the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and then ship them out when ordered. LOTS OF OVERHEAD. CMEC does all of this in China, low wages (compared to U.S.), low rent on the warehouse, and direct shipments to the States.

About the acquisition of Outdoor Technologies:
They are a small company, but they have a unique product with a patent applied for. He didn't state how much was paid to acquire this company.

Don't forget that they still have the Y2K software!!!! This is still selling great and the orders previously mentioned in the PR have been filled.

IMO this company has great things going. Two months after the web site opens, there will be a definite cash flow, making this stock more valuable. They are in the process of becoming a reporting company which should help stabilize the stock price.

Soon to be an internet company, this one will show a profit in their first reporting quarter. Not many internet companies can claim that.
