I received the following information after contacting Roger Tompkins. Question 1. Are there any mergers being sought or in the works. Reply: " There are no mergers in the works. Our first priority is to become a viable company again. Question 2. When is the shareholders meeting concerning stock authorization, etc.? Repy: "A shareholders' meeting is planned. I can't tell you exactly when it will be called, but I can tell you that a shareholders' meeting is considered a priority. Mr. Tompkins replied immediately to my questions.
