What's the basis of assuming there will be a tracking stock? We're getting a bit ahead of ourselves with all the conversation of a tracking stock. And the $70 price discussion can't be serious????

A tracking stock is not a spinoff. QNTM would set up the tracking company and retain ownership, as well as sell shares in the open market. Current QNTM shareholders would own the tracking stock by virtue of their QNTM shares, and would not be issued shares in the tracking company. This is how it has been done with with other companies, but of course QNTM could set it up anyway they deem fit.
