I just read post #46 on ragingbull by Fairview, he says he was at the meeting today but had to leave early. Sounded like all hell broke out and it would appear that the partnership between the 2 groups is dead. At least it appeared that way at noon when he had to leave the meeting. Of course the meeting never really started when Fairview had to leave, so I know the story does not end here. He said he was going to post again later, maybe we will find out the balance of todays events later, Thank Fairview,
soxan

Gee Mr IT, I'm beginning to think you don't like me.

I used the word compromise because that was your word. I was hoping that by using your terminology your single digit IQ might be able to keep pace. It appears I over estimated you, I didn't think that possible.

Your raving again. At no point did I ever say Fred concieved the original agreement with J/L. I refered to the proposal as ill-concieved. That is an idiomatic phrase indicating my opinion that the proposal was badly designed. It does not imply authorship. If you are having trouble with such a simple concept it is mo wonder you are confused. I will try to use more one syllable words and help you out. As far as what Fred was proposing, we have Mark Silver's comments about his consversations with Fred.

You seem to have some elaborate fantasy regarding what my feelings were towards Fred. The major criticism I made of Fred was solely on his willingness to conclude a deal with Johnson/Lett on terms I considered inappropriate i.e. prior to third part verification. I have no idea what Fred's role with the ASE. If I questioned it it was just that a question, nothing more. As far as your assertion that I claimed he originated the deal with J/L I have already pointed out that that is the result of your inability to comprehend English idiom. Also I did not claim Fred or any other director was spending time in Canada because of stock options. There was a comment at some stage by someone (was it you) that Fred was in Canada working without compensation. I believe I responded that he was receiving stock options. The point was not that it was his sole motivation but that he was receiving some compensation. Big difference. You really do have a problem with English don't you? But I repeat I was critical of Fred but I didn't villify him. Jerard was Fred's friend and I'll accept his opinion of whether I villified Fred.

Where did I ever make a reference to M. Rodgers? I have no idea who this person is and whether or not they ever were a Naxos insider let alone now.

You are clever enough to carefully word your comments about the living. I suggest you continue doing so.
first I repeat I have not villified Fred. Show proof other than your faulty memory. second this almost sounds like a threat. are you threatening me for some reason?

One thing I will agree with you on is that this company is dead if the dissension continues. But Father Gregory has proposed no concrete solutions and has surrounded himself with friends and associates of Jimmy John.
