Thanks for pointing out STAF, I'll add it to my DD list for this weekend. I see you guys were trying to pick the bottom on USWB. You may want to rename the thread with this one fellas (lol). I picked up some May 25's when they were at 24 1/2 and watched the stock turn up and touch 30 in two days, only to do what its doing now less than two weeks later.

I would recommend that you pick up some antacids and/or dramamine if you're going to watch USWB on Level II because, as today nearly showed, that sinking feeling can make you sick to your stomach.

For what its worth, I feel your pain, at least til May expiration (or a nice run through 25) which goes against my stoploss rules.

Best of trades,

moebo

I see what you mean about the stoch's on VAR. Ask's stoch's look much better than iqc! I think iqc's is spread out more, and you can see the grim detail more! LOL. The thing about this is from what i gather, this company was split up in April into 3 parts, which accounts for drop in price. So shareholders must have held 3 different stocks after split up with the same total value. If this is correct, then it is like this is a new company as of April, so March prices don't mean jack when you do TA on it. So taking that into account, we can't really go by the stochiastics on this one, as it is influenced by the high price in March. So this stock is not really oversold, if it is a split up, right? Of course, some technical buyers may miss this altogether and buy it up anyway! But the smart ones, which are usually the ones with the dough(!) will likely see this and not buy into it in droves. I did find a buy rating from one analyst:
marketwatch.newsalert.com
I don't know P, i don't think this one fits really into the oversold category, if this is the reason for the drop in price. Lemme know what your thoughts are on this, OK?
Thanks for the info on USWB, i knew the MM's must have been controlling it when i continue to see big blocks put down and price shooting back the other way. And as soon as the price started down, they took the block away again! There should be a law! But this is what makes us money, if we know how to take advantage of it.
Man, i am glad to be out of METG, but i think the price will get back up above 10 again, i am just glad i was able to free up my cash before it sank. Good luck with this one.
Man, i am excited about PMTC for Monday! Three positive things happened today. It made a double bottom, first one was in early Feb., somebody on CNBC gave it a good wrap when asked about it, and then the news at the close was the icing on the cake! Man, i feel good about this one, very good. Monday should stick me back in the black for a change, maybe add significantly to the ol' portfolio, if USWB comes thru as well. I think i will sell this one at the open and buy back later in the day. It has a tendency to shoot up early morning, linger and drop during the day, and shoot up toward the close. So if i do it right, and i am learning with this one, I can make some real good money with it come Monday.
Man, now this is what you call a post! LOL!
Cheers,
MIke
