Bob F didn't get the company sold off, which I believe he was sent in to do. (His options immediately exercise upon acquisition.) The price is still $7, no better than when he started. I don't buy that he "will remain as chairman", since that's what Phil White said two years ago also. You've gotta believe that Bob's lost hope that IFMX will see any significant recovery in the next two years. He's walking away from a lot of stock options.
