So they basically claim that Pierce, who is a SEC attorney told them to sell stock in November of 98 that they didn't have to deliver.

Mark denies telling anyone to sell or anything of that nature. He made a statement to me that he knows of no one that could get someone to short a stock 240K on a verbal scenario. He said this as he was laughing ...

They are asking Pierce to wire money and transfer stock into an account that is not even his. They wanted CBQ to hold up a shareholder vote until resolution of their said dispute between them and Pierce. There is no documentation to support any of these positions?

Not a shred of paperwork ...

Couldn't they make up a better story and why wait until now.

One they have been selling since the run to $10.00 and they ran out of stock so they began shorting. Suddenly, the news in March began to pick up as the deals like the announcement of NetAcess. They had sold their security ... The rest is in Mark's reply ...

Gary, do you happen to have the response from CBQ available or can you tell us what it was?

CBQI just turned it over to their SEC attorneys ... this has nothing to do with them. This is shareholders at war and gossip ... they had nothing to do with it ... This is a personal private matter.

:-)
