Bruce from a PR :Founded in 1980, Modern Records, Inc. produces, licenses, acquires, markets and distributes high-quality recorded music. In 1997, Randy Jackson became president and CEO of the company and continues to assemble a quality management team including music industry business and finance professionals.

So is part of what Tom is trying to settle with Randy on what he owes TMMI? Does Jackson own any of this company?
