Hi Grayhairs,

the PYR issue is only one warrant for every 10 shares. Not as bad as some.

If they do another $1.5 million on the same terms, they will have plenty of cash to see them through to production and for all of their other projects. This would put them at 19.2 million shares out on fully diluted basis, still fewer than any of the other juniors.
