The meeting was simple.. It was called to order. nominations were made and seconds. some discussion on the voting of the directors since they are part of acquistions which was resolved or answered. Unanimous vote and then clsed. Afterward while eating blueberry danish the buzz turn to this scenario. However, I get some answers about getting the stock more liquid by underwriting, IPO, or forward split. They are cognizant they need to do something with all these acquistions about to close to get the liquidity up. LOL .. had no idea the naked short position was around 80%. :-) GB :-)
