E!, I'd like to make a few comments, although I'm sure there are some here who won't like them...

I first heard about DGIV from a former basher on this thread more than a year ago, and I read the postings, saw the PRs, and I was astonished that people would believe all the hype. I had actually assisted the SEC in the summer of 1996, in another case that eventually led to the SEC seeking 3 million dollars in damages from the president of another OTC BB company. Based on that, and my own research, I had a fair idea of the scams being run on the OTC BB by promoters, market makers, and others.

Initially, I tried to point out what was wrong with the DGIV saga, but after a lot of hostility, eventually I got very abrasive and figured I could have some fun playing with the minds of certain opponents on the thread. Nowadays, as may be surmised from the relatively low numbers of posts I make anymore here, I no longer care about DGIV. It's another zombie, the living dead of the stock markets as far as I'm concerned.

I actually was amused by the comments that were made here. People would accuse me of shorting DGIV, something I certainly could have done but didn't, and I wouldn't respond to their posts, which, in their minds, confirmed that I was shorting the stock. I figured that people could think whatever they wanted about me or DGIV, but it wouldn't change the real situation.

There's no advice I can really give you about how to proceed with this stock. I hope it works out for you...
