GB,

I see a short here based on Mark's letter of 60,000 shares most likely to 100,000 shares possibly although not a fact. The short could be even higher than that based upon assumptions only. The figure you give of 240,000 short + $100,000 cash is what these characters have asked for - that does not necessarily mean they are short that amount.

I understand that the company has not asked for a DTC accounting as yet, therefore there is no way at this moment to know what the short position actually is. The Company HAS been advised to get a DTC listing ASAP.

Do not take this post as a negative at all - even if these characters are short only 60,000 shares, they are in deep sh-t come this week. I doubt that they could cover this short, in the open market, without the help of the company or without their completing the purchase of Mark's shares (as he offered) at $2.75 per share should Mark still allow the sale. He may have to complete the sale as he orally agreed to sell them the shares at a specific price.

Personally I would like to see a 10 for 1 forward split.
