Kind of ironic huh? I do not think the kid is going to get the maximum penalty but wonder what the sentence will be if he is found guilty? It will be a test case, one would think. Who knows, maybe it will be a landmark case. I doubt it will have much impact but it will be interesting following the proceedings to their culmination. I am more interested in pairgain reality based situation. I liked the interview with Motley Fool , it seemed very bullish to me ! George
