Jim, you have hit the public sentiment, "In my opinion they need to begin an ad campaign that the only protection against Y2k is a diamond." I was hoping of a more romantic reason behind the diamond trend, romance would drive diamonds to highs above and beyond those seen before.

I am playing into Y2K rebound on some beaten down Y2K stocks REGI, ANLY, and PSFT. There are a few more that can be collected into and index. I rotated out of PSFT today and bought into ANLY. ANLY looks good with earnings and insider buying. I suspected the diamonds are on the verge of finishing the run and stocks like KEA and ANLY will start a cycle up. PSFT fell out of my favor due to the insider selling.

At WCOM we are completing Y2K third party testing and new projects are trickling in; so if other companies are following the WCOM development pattern stocks like KEA and ANLY should lift in anticipation of expected earnings.

On the computer side of things, I am waiting for emachines to IPO in the summer. I think emachines will be the play of the year, for 1999 and 2000. They have a good marketing target and hopefully their economies of scale will carry them up, up and away!

Lachesis
