How much "e-commerce" are these folks good for? Just doesn't seem to be the desired demographic for all the banner ads. And how much profit will there be in being an ISP?

Joan, My brother never had a computer before and he used AOL. I didn't say anything. I recently got an E-mail that he had changed ISPs. He is not a nerd, and if recognizes that getting knocked off the net after 15 minutes is perturbing, I think others will.
