A quick question to all. Can someone tell em if "Deacon" is a U.S. based brokerage firm? I own shares in a company that Deacon has been heavy on the buy side and want to find out if the buying is coming form the U.S. Regards, Farmer

Concerning your question of "choking" down on the outflow of gas to preserve pressure and thus increase the ultimate amount of gas recovered, the answer is YES. It is state law that a certain "choke" must be applied to all gas wells. Each state has it's own procedures. The state's interest is simply royalty revenue. They want all the royalties that the earth has to deliver and they don't want private interests making big upfront payments,but ultimately making lots less payments totally. Just for the record, I believe the initial flowrates we have seen on UP news releases were with the "chokes" in place. IF UP ends the day with lots of wells leveling out at 1MMCF or more after payback,they'll be OK.
