To enhance the Company's brand awareness and monthly traffic to its Internet storefronts, the Company has begun entering into strategic marketing alliances with popular Internet content providers and sites of interest such as C\|Net's Shopper.com, mySimon.com, Priceline.com and bottomdollar.com as well as technology enablers such as Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV). The Company is currently in negotiations with several other popular content providers and sites of interest to greatly expand the number of such strategic alliances to further enhance its Internet storefronts' technology, expand brand awareness, monthly traffic and subsequent revenues.
