Stan you are not the only one this has happened to,I did speak to the Transfer agent about this and we have decided to Try and honor some of the valid requests, that can be proven and the shareholder put forth the effort to execute the warrants and for whatever reason the broker fouled the transaction up. Myrna will make the final decision since she handles the warrants and has the notes, so it may pay to be nice to Myrna the TA. <VBG>

Stan, I appear to be in the same situation with Ameritrade. I haven't had an opportunity to discuss it with them yet or to check my monthly statement but, within the same timeframe, I was desperately attempting to have my warrants exercised to meet the Feb 5 cutoff date. I appear not to have received the Archie dividends for them though.
