No, the point wasn't made—not a rational one. One could claim all day long that the moon is made of green cheese, without providing any rational basis of logic, exactly like you're doing with your scenario. If he says it often enough, is he making a point? Sorry to see you can't really discuss this material.

"2nd btw: Can you define 'reasonable' as it pertains to the stock market?"

Well now that is the central question isn't it. Can you?

btw: in the early 70's in Orange county, California there was mention of a newly developed engine that ran on water that was being tested in public transportation.

Yes there was. It was a scam and a fraud. Send a PM to Holly Dependahl; she knows all about it.

Further to your nonexistant point about nonexistant WebNode stock: how many readers of the more lurid SI and RB threads make "investment" mistakes, and consequently lose money, based on their reading of irresponsible and misleading messages posted by hypesters like, say, Kowboy, or Pugs/bmart/Spidey?

Please note that such messages are clearly intended to persuade people to buy stock in real companies. Note further that this is part of what our parodies, and our serious posts here at SI, are meant to alert investors to.
