Too literal by half ... may i put it down to the sad fact that my fizzy amber beverage is not properly chilled ... there have been fake estates, i had one once, only found out when i tried to sell it .... in the civilised [i.e. British] countries, i believe there are legally only two classes of assets - chattels and real property ... one movable, the other not ... the word chattel is i believe derived from the same root as cattle ... but i confess it did just remind me of CindyEllen.
