Hi Janice ... I was talking to some attorneys on this joke you pulled. They told me that it was a joke similiar to the "War of Worlds" which aired back in the 50s. You folks merely proved a point on the gullibly of the masses.

He also said unless there was money that transfered hands then it was an obvious joke. He asked me what a node was and I told him it was a "vital point" that is used in computer programming. This term is used to identify a point or a "Nothing" in a program. Nodes will drive computer hackers crazy trying to link to one. When I used to write Hexdecimal for Computer Automation systems Nodes are important to establish a vital point that exists only in a software program. LOL

Another words, you were wanting to see what kind of response you would get to an offering of selling a vital nothing. LOL

He also said Biz wire is going to have to prove their charges and the MO along with the SEC that you intentionally were trying to capitalize a rofit. If you made no profit you have no MO. However, he say that you may have violated the 10b5 rule though.

Wonder if "War of the Worlds" got nailed with the Rule 10b5.

I have not done much research but you did demonstrate just how easy it is for someone to scam the internet and the investment world. My hat's is off to you though I would not want to be in your shoes. LOL ... next time find something a lot more worthless than a NODE (a vital nothing) in your survey.

Just curious to see how this turns out for you ...

:-)
