Hi Victor,

It certainly was not my intent to get into a tit for tat with you.
Earlier you had proposed an open question to El as to why you felt the price would reach your target and I made an attempt to respond with another point of view of why I did not think it so.

From your reply it seems you have missed the thrust of my post and the analogy with the Edsel, but that's ok and I'll let it go at that except to say just because CPQ's troubles are correctable does not mean investors will flock back to the stock. If there was any accumulation going on the stock would not continue it's slide. Most of the volume is from day trades trying to pick up an occasional .25 here and there.

On the other hand, your suggestion that I might be sorry I sold CPQ is quite off the mark. Were I feeling any recriminations, I could correct that by buying them back for more than 2 points LESS than what I sold them for a month ago. Guess you would call that making a profit?

Despite what I view as misguided optimism, I find your posts interesting.

PS: I'll enjoy my wallow if you enjoy your mire. (g) And that's Mr. Hippo if you don't mind.
