According to the tracking stock proxy filed with SEC, shareholders get 1 share of the DLT unit and .5 shares of the hard drive unit. I am thinking that the real and perhaps only value [in holding onto or purchasing Quantum shares right now] is for distributed shares in the DLT unit when the tracking scheme occurs. I wonder how many investors will come to the same realization and automatically liquidate the .5 shares of the hdd unit when it is distributed to shareholders in the future--assuming the tracking stock idea is passed by shareholders at the annual meeting.
