Jim: Excellent post. Your list of events that will lead to $10 a share is interesting in two ways.

1. There isn't a single event that is far-fetched. In fact, most are expected, and very attainable developmental (or implemental) positions.

2. These events are almost all short-term. It's a safe bet to assume that positive PR will be coordinated with PR on reporting status. FNTN is not spending the approx. $150,000 worth of associated filing fees just to linger under 2 dollars. They could have pocketed the money. Likewise, a National ad campaign isn't exactly cheap...
and the ads debut real soon.

For anybody new to this thread I suggest you review Jim's bullet points for FNTN's success. They speak volumes as to why people are "long" in this stock... and as Jim suggests, due your own DD.

Regards,
Wally

Jim - Excellent Post

I would like to make a couple of comments
regarding your bullet point number 6:

6. Brokers which may own FNTN in their
Personal Portfolio's, begin sharing information
on FNTN with their clients.

I have first hand knowledge that this is already happening
and in addition I also know that Broker's
are sharing information on FNTN with other
Brokers.

As more and more Brokers become aware of FNTN,
they will begin to suggest to their firms that the firm
look into obtaining the services of the FNTN intranet.
I also have first hand knowledge that this is happening.

Obviously the more firms that become subscribers, the
easier it will be for FNTN to get Mutual Funds to subscribe.
I can tell you that again I have first hand knowledge that
the method Mutual Funds currently get information to the
Brokers is very costly and inefficient.

This transformation in the way Brokers and Mutual Funds
exchange information will not happen over night, however,
when it starts to happen, there will be a snowball effect.

The snowball has started to form and is beginning it's decent
down the hill.

In my opinion, the rest of the investment community will become
aware of the snowball relatively soon.

Jim: Thanks for your post. I don't take it as a flame, but as advice that is well meaning. I am the first to admit that I have been all over the map on this investment. I got in based on some initial DD along with input from other investors who seem to know what they are talking about.

The reason for my concerned posts was due to the fact that I was starting to see some hard evidence that raised some questions about the firm. i.e. Why is management filing so many 144's, with plans to sell the stock for under $1? I mean, if you really believed that the company was going ballistic, why do that? Why does the new issue include a piggy back of management shares? Bill Gates could have sold stock many times, but didn't because of his belief in the future value of Microsoft. Yea, you could argue that the amount of stock is so small that it doesn't matter. But what it tells me is that management is cashing out along the way.

Also, there have been some missed committments. Sure that can happen, but they need to be looked at closely. The missing signature on the SB-2A, quiet frankly, was lame. There may have been a very good reason for not filing on time, but I know that if I was filing such an important document I would have gone over the docs with a fine tooth comb to make sure they were in order. Don't these guys have lawyers?

There are small things too that one needs to watch. Web sites that aren't kept up and are slow. Yea, it's an INTRA Net site, but that is a bogus argument. I won't go on, but taken in their entirety they become significant

Listen, I am still long, but not blindly long. This IS a hot market space, MS seems to be a good manager based on what I can find out, and the upside relative to the downside still seems excellent. All I am doing is raising questions that as an investor I wanted to discuss. My view may change from bullish to bearish, depending on what evidence is out there, but hey, it's a dynamic market. I don't expect anyone to change their investment decisions based on my concerns, but it should generate some interesting dialog (you post had some really good insights).

Hi Jim

Great post!!! I for one, plan on being on top of Wally's tidal wave, on one of your FNTN surf boards, singing "I Love Rock & Roll" all the way in. Let the fun begin!

Best Regards

Jim, do you think it is possible to be BOTH a 'believer' AND a 'non-believer' ? What i am trying to say is, there are A LOT of companies out there of every business (plan) imaginable, and sooner or later, people (investors) start wondering what is going on with their company (they have invested in).
We see stories every day of scam stocks, or people with good INTENTIONS that let the dream get away from them, and the stock turns into a 'bad deal', for lack of a better term.
Yes, i can hear you already: 'If you don't like it, don't buy it', but that only goes so far.
Even saying the same regarding ANY OTC stock - 'buyer beware' - only goes so far.
Yes, we all (should) know what we are getting into when we look at ANY company on ANY exchange, but that isn't always the case. (see Phar-Mor, and ZZZZZBest as two prime examples of the excess).
I myself ask myself all the time 'what in the hell am i doing here ?'
(in FNTN), I have some reservations, but i know the risks involved, and i am a big boy and can live with them.
My one question to all here is: If there was NO 'Tie' to Siemens AG, would you be investing in this company ?
Would I ? no. Am I ? yes. How long will i wait it out ? I don't know... Am i in a hurry to make a quick buck ? No.
Will i get tons of hate mail relating to this posting ? probably....
But just from those that don't understand where i am coming from.
