So let's see here... cdEnergy should probably be up and running around midnight eastern time? So, I have to crawl my butt out of bed at 6:00am to see it? Ugh... Are we EXCITED or what? Good to see that Brian H. took a good chunk out of the float last week - WAY TO GO BRI! Incidentally, I read (maybe in the WSJ last week?) that some Harvard PHD dudes did a study on Insider activity during the 90s. The stats were interesting... stocks w/ heavy insider selling generally performed in par w/ the S&P during the following 12 months. However, stocks w/ heavy insider buying generally beat the S&P by a good 8%-10% in the following 12 months. CONCLUSION: Insider selling isn't nec. bearish, but insider buying is almost always bullish. Many new faces on the thread, must mean even more investors. How can the shorts sleep at night?
