"The seller could have a dozen different reasons for selling the stock(taxes,home purchase,divorce etc...)." That's exactly what I'm trying to say.I'm trying to get part of a down payment for a house from this but not @ these prices, unless of course the price was around $10. Gary where did you see the info on the trade. Would you give the url please. I guess you would call this action yesterday 'growing pains'. BTW how do we find out who the MM's for the stock are? Probably some of the large block trades are people that received the stock as payment for services rendered possibly; or someone who bought in lets say a year ago @ 5 or 7 cents. $55k is a nice little profit if it cost you $7k.
