The SEC reminds me of the cowardly lion from Wizard of Oz. -g-

I've got a better and cheaper way they can investigate these online brokers. Just have them open up an Ameritrade and a Schwab account, and start trading stocks and options. See how the executions come through, then try to trade when there's a spike in volume. The pitfalls should be immediatly obvious. Oh yea, then let them try to call the customer service departments....
