Just my opinion, but if this one is hyped correctly it could do quite well not just on opening day but long term. Think about CNBC spin:

"...comps.com is scheduled to go public this week. Considering that real estate is a 99 billion dollar business, comps.com goal is to quickly pull some of that potential into their bottom line If you consider typical internet revenue growth rates, and compound their growth in this sector at 90% a year until the year 2005, the year they will make a profit, and factor out tax considerations, what you have is a very powerful force..."

Well, something like that anyway :) My point is just that if they want to, analysts and others can hype this thing like crazy.
