Thanks for your insight - ATEL was the question, sometimes I don't slow down and make sure I am communicating clearly on a particular subject. Your point on dilution makes it clear why the suitor would be deal with the board. My wife (attorney) and went over the press release and could not see where it really made any impact on the stock price (other than 27 cents upside) - so many thanks for your insight.
