I am just bored. They just put Bernie on the board as a director. He has been in the EC show last week so I would expect some news shortly. Rueters also picked up the director news. SO it is getting noticed.

Here is an e-mail I just got from someone who was at the show before all this broke at the shareholder meeting ... and CitX is doing one in FLorida this week.

Hi Gary,
CitX was set up at the EC show. They had a double wide booth and it was presented nicely. I did get the impression that they may have registered for the show a bit late because their booth was at the back of the show floor and they were not listed on the info that was printed early for the show with a booth number. I spoke with Steve Hein <special projects director> it appears that he has spent enough time with the company to know what is going on there. He is looking foreward to the merger. He mentioned that there will be an e-commerce show later this year in Florida and they will be there also. The booth represented only CitX and Priority One, probably because the merger has not yet been completed.
I don't expect that Bernie will be at the meeting on Friday. It is my understanding that he is busy making a deal or deals. Possibly with a b2b internet provider. It is possible that more info might come out sometime next week. With a little luck between now and then I will be able to pick up some more shares. The UUnet deal is cbqi and that is seperate from any deal that Bernie is working on at the present time. After the merger I would expect CitX to take the present products at cbq and work them into their own package.
The only thing that really concerns me at this point is all the volume being sold and there is such a small float. Something just dosen't seem quite right there. If you get more info on the float please let me know.
I didn't want to put all this on SI because if it is some MM or some short that is out there then they can get their own info and I am not going to help them play that game. Let them sell more before more news and info comes out and really get hung out to dry>

:-)
