William Im not sure if you know this, but I highly respect your in-put. Not that I agree with what you are saying, but at least you can back up your statements with qualified, and understandable facts. You know, it's always seemed to me like the Tempest is a perfect product. Pick up the phone and sell it. If a customer can't hear the difference then what is being sold? William its not that easy. Buyers have concerns that are just now being addressed 1) No one wanted to be 1st...Best and USAT satisfied that concern 2) standardize.....If you are reading up, FCM is up on this and ready for any sudden moves to other possible changes 3) Quality of product.....No question here 4) manufacture needs being met.....that concern has been addressed and continues to be addressed ie 3rd shift possibilities as well as larger space 5) Service concerns.....again Best and USAT will be a great testimony to their abilities 6) ability to upgrade tech.....These guys can do it on the fly 7) 24 hour service line...... they needs attention here 8) Bells and whistles.......they have more than most now in production and more to come 9) Product recognition......They have achieved that through the trade show circuit 10)PR.......They need a lot of help here but its being addressed Those are just a few quick thoughts. As an investor my concern right now is that Helen needs a qualified assistant, or needs to have a beeper.GGG In all seriousness, if I call I want a human to talk to about my questions. Another major concern from a sales point, is the follow up on the leads that they are getting from their shows. A lead is only a phone number. If it were a check it will never be cashed unless you call it in a timely manner They have work to do but they have come a long way I can wait sethy
