UNIQUE BROADBAND SYSTEMS INC ("UBS-V;UBSBF-L") - Private Placement, 5,000,000 Units Stephen J. Rosen, Director, Unique Broadband Systems Inc. (the "Company") announces that the company has reached agreement, subject to regulatory approval, for the private placement of 5,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.40 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of two years at a price of $0.40 per common share in the first year and $0.46 per common share in the second year.
