I certainly agree! The fines seem meaningless. Not only to the damage they have done, but to the profit they made. That is politics. Why? Because they love fines and are willing to take them with a lesser battle. The gubmint keeps the fines and the burnt folks get nothing. They evil folks still make a profit by settling. It is high time the gubmint goes after the true evil and extracts all the evil acquired thru subterfuge, trickery and common deceit. Not just the we only have time for this or that...create new statutes with fines like traffic tickets where you and I could be fined for smaller offenses. So we can all be involved.

The money on some trading days that goes thru the market is more than the national debt. If the Casinos were run as the market, they would all go to jail!
