Actually, that 4 would be 16 with a 4 for 1 split.

WHAT "I" KNOW VS WHAT "THEY" KNOW:

the negative pundits on this board continue
to reference the "past". in some cases, this
would be a good arguement. in FCM's sake its
NOT. here's why:

TWO WORDS: PETER BUSWELL.

when looking at a small company and its potential
one must look at the MANAGEMENT. now, nothing
against Frank...he was a key in developing a
"gizmo". he knew he had a superior gizmo, but
didnt realize it was not a PRODUCT. he always
had the enthusiasm but not the PLAN to turn this
gizmo into a saleable PRODUCT. ENTER PETER BUSWELL.
Mr Buswell understood this and began implementing
a PLAN to turn this into a saleable product.
it began with concentrating on making the gizmo
conform to current industry VOIP standards. then
came developing a service and support network.
then came a marketing strategy. when Buswell came
on board he realized that Franklin did not have the
marketing muscle to make this product a success. his
priorities were to develop a network of value added
resellers and to attempt to get some OEM agreements as
well as develop some service agreements for continuing
support of the product.

THE GRADE FOR BUSWELL: A+++++++

he had done everything he has said and more. i realized
that we had a TURN AROUND in this company under his
leadership late last year and thus made my proclimation
of the future success of this company and my subsequent
BUY OPINION. Buswell even had the balls to predict this
recent quarter would be the quarter in which the company would
be profitable!

BUSWELL CONTINUES TO MAKE STRIDES. fore those that dont
believe this, take the time to do some investigation.
ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH FNET UNDER BUSWELL'S
LEADERSHIP? TALK ABOUT A KICKER! we have one with FNET.

so, who are you going to listen to? a pundit whos only
claim to fame was to call the effect of the convertible
preferreds? a hate monger who believes that Franklin is
a big scam and all of the shareholders are big pump and
dump artists?

or someone who has taken the time to understand the business
plan that mgmt has set forth and correctly understood that
plan 6 months ago???? BETTER YET, dont listen to ANYONE here!
TAKE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY YOURSELF. YOU WILL
be plesantly SURPRISED.

these negative posters are nothing more than armchair
quarterbacks that dont know JACK about this company in its
CURRENT state.

this post is not directed to anyone in particular, other
than some lurker/newbies who may happen to be reading.

Brett forget it. He is a megaegolomanic! There is ample evidence on the board. Just move on to the next response.
