Read an article yesterday about REIT's (Real Estate Investment Trusts -- sort of a way to own chunks of real estate without having to buy the whole thing...essential a mutual fund which buys properties rather than a stocks) coming back in favor. They discussed how, in an earlier cycle, Warren Buffet had gotten in two years ahead of time -- perhaps a bit too early. He patiently waited two years, the market cycle turned in his favor, and he made a killing. Warren Buffet couldn't time it, but he knew it would come around. He got in and waited. Hmmmmm.......
