Genesis Media Group, Inc., Enters into Letter of Intent with
World Dot Com, Inc., to Create an E-Commerce Site.

LOS ANGELES, March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Genesis Media Group, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board
GNNX) has entered into a Letter of Intent with World Dot Com, Inc., a New York based Firm, to
create an entertainment E-Commerce Site.
Genesis will provide World Dot Com with the Internet marketing and distribution rights for certain
finished products, including but not limited to: 50 musical albums from the company's library,
pre-recorded video and audio products, text products, and other entertainment products contained in
the Genesis Multi-Media Library.
In return for Genesis granting the Internet marketing and Distribution rights to World, World has
agreed to pay to Genesis a substantial advance. Genesis will also receive substantial profits from the
sale of each unit of finished product.
World Dot Com, Inc., is a New York based firm, focusing on high speed, wide band Internet
connectivity, and all aspects of Internet services. World is also a Web site design and advertising firm,
with a high degree of expertise and ability in Internet marketing and distribution. World handles the
whole process of, design, print, media, Internet advertising, E-Commerce store front's, from graphics
planning, to targeted marketing.
