go look at the SEC and Treasury department organization charts, and ask yourself these questions..... i happened to sit next to a treasury department computer guy who has been in the department for 25 years and is one of their chief computer guys who deal with payrolls from various VA's, etc.....we chatted about money/greenspan/rubin and the market.....he said what you said......they're all related....sumbitches are all gouging the last dime out of this market before they ride off into the sunset....greed knows no bounds, so who knows when it will end....what a fabulous move it has been for the street to have sent in one of their own to manage the money......kind of remind me of the movie/book...the Boys from Brazil.......
