Ray, that should read "over 15 patents." But #16 is the very important one that makes IATV "complete." Do a little research on the "Wolzien Process" and you will see what I mean.

I agree that IATV's industry has tremendous prospects though I don't know anything about IATV or its competitors.

I believe it is SFA who is suing Gemstar for stepping on their patents.

The litigation going on between Gemstar, TV Guide and the two largest set-top box makers is daunting. Taking one comment about one company suing another is taking the entire scenario out of context. I'm no lawyer and make no pretense about being able to truly understand it. But I do suspect there is one heck of a lot more posturing than substance in some of the lawsuits, especially since TV Guide recently unsuccessfully tried a hostile take-over of Gemstar at a price that is about one-third today's price.
