All I can cite is a set of notes about a foot high, with every conference call, brokerage sponsored meeting, road show, and analyst meeting inside. I attribute the information to my own ears hearing Bernard Schwartz, sending that info through my nervous system, and ending with pen to paper. I have heard it at least ten times, not including when I have listened twice to certain conference calls. I have asked service providers the same question, and received the same response. But go ahead, call IR--they are such helpful people.
