Where did you get this information? If it's available, why hasn't it been furnished to all of the shareholders?
If it is true that Bob Gardner will no longer be a director, I am very upset. I thought he was the one "true" person we could rely on.
If we had transfer agents handling the vote, why wasn't the vote available at the beginning of the meeting?
It seems, as usual, we all have questions but NO answers.

What do you think about a Fr., who comes to an agreement and gives his "word", only as an act of subterfuge and to throw people off his real intentions. Talk about a lack of honor!!!!!
