PCLN--here is the market cap calculation again... just check my posts from YESTERDAY...one of them contains the link that explains it...it comes from the prospectus,,, there are 185 million shares outstanding,,,not 142...so multiply 185 million X 162<closing price> and you get almost 31 billion... i was a an investment banker with alex brown from '91-'94...i like to read the prospectus...it's all in there... bambi francisoco from cbs marketwatch has already been emailed with the details...she also forgot about these extra 44 million shares... however, louis corrigan of the motley fool got it right in terms of market cap...31 billion... good luck to all....
